CARE@Home is an evidence-based 3 phase rehabilitation programme designed to help you during and after treatment. The 3 phases help address the many side-effects of surgery and treatment focusing on range of movement and functionality, reducing pain, increasing energy levels and stamina and with an overall aim to improve overall quality of life. Furthermore, this online programme helps to address some of the barriers to cancer rehabilitation including accessibility and affordability. You can start moving from the comfort of their own home at a time that is suitable and convenient for you!
This course has been designed by Chartered Physiotherapist and Pilates Instructor Dr Catherine Browne.
